Aarsleff Grundbau GmbH implemented a new type of technical foundation solution for the MOJO solar project in the Dutch province of Flevoland in 2021: around 2,800 specially developed Centrum piles simultaneously serve as load-bearing foundations and mounting feet for a photovoltaic carport system. 

The dimensioning of the piles - short lengths with flared heads and integrated M36 threaded bolts - was carried out taking into account high horizontal and bending loads and was optimized using the powerful piledesigner.io calculation engine.
