400 bored piles with diameters of 70 cm and 80 cm were installed to a depth of 17.5 m for the new "1plus" exhibition hall at the Cologne Trade Fair. The piles bear vertical loads averaging 2.7 MN to a maximum of 3.6 MN.

The drilling capacity was up to 18 piles or 260 m per day and machine. The work was carried out in 2018/19 within approx. seven weeks by the company JACBO on behalf of Kölnmesse GmbH.
